In most cases the postage we can save you more than pays for our services. At Mail-Rite we strive to keep our prices affordable and are always willing to try and work within your budget. As we deal with many start-up companies and non-profit organizations we understand the need for savings. Mail-Rite has always been proud to only charge by the piece. Unlike many mailing services, we never charge what is commonly referred to as a set-up fee.

Sure they can, but it makes no sense to take them away from the actual job you hired them for. If you take into consideration the time they will spend our fee will pay for itself. Additionally, we have sophisticated software that barcodes and automates you piece to insure that you receive the lowest cost for postage.

How does 30% -50% sound? Standard A mail that would normally require a 37-cent stamp can easily go for 19-cents if automated and sorted properly. The United States Postal Service is trying to get all mail as automated as possible. Automation means that their machines can read the address on your mail and route it correctly. When you present a piece of mail with barcodes and correct addressing, it receives an additional discount and moves through the system faster.

Automation rate mail is mail that has been prepared for the Postal Service's high-speed mail processing equipment. The Postal Service saves the cost of more labor-intensive sortation and shares the savings with you in the form of lower postage rates. Automation rates are available for letters and cards, flats (nonletters), and parcels and are based on 100% barcoded mailings.

Until an account is established, our company policy is to require payment of the postage prior to your mailing date.

The US Postal Service requires that Standard A (Bulk) mail has at least 200 pieces (same size, same weight) to be mailed at the same time to receive postal discounts. First class presort requires a minimum of 500 pieces and special qualifications to receive postal discounts.

Yes, however, Mail-Rite gladly makes the use of our permits available to you at no charge, this alone saves you the initial permit fee of $300. If you are a non-profit organization you can register with the post office and still use our permit.
